What you actually do: Submit short coaching directives ("get aggressive on Marcus,"
"rest if you're tired," "be a killer or play it safe") any time during the game. Your manager
reads each directive as a life coach whispering in their ear and weighs it against their own
personality (aggression, greed, caution, loyalty). They may comply, half-comply, or do their own
thing — that's the show. Every paid action they take settles onchain via
MPP on Stellar — a
